Investors

Our investors and members are the backbone of our community-driven investment model. You can invest in Gratitude’s funds as a Limited Partner (LP), join as a Community Member, or do both to more deeply participate in our convenings, member portal, and impact diligence resources. LPs and members can also co-invest in curated investment opportunities.

Community Membership

Community Membership is designed for individuals and institutions that want to actively engage in and support Gratitude Ventures’ work and community. Members receive access to all virtual and in-person events, our full diligence database, co-investment opportunities, dedicated Community Portal, curated introductions, and dedicated team support.

Limited Partner

Limited Partners (LPs) invest directly in Gratitude Ventures-managed funds. Our strategies span private markets and include an early-stage venture fund, fund-of-funds investing in impact fund managers, and joint ventures designed to fill gaps in solar development and private equity. LPs receive investment updates, access to co-investment opportunities, our dedicated Community Portal, and select invitations to community events.

Company Founders

Entrepreneurs building products or services that aim to fix broken systems through market-based solutions are invited to get in touch.  Please refer back to our Company Investment Criteria and submit additional information if you believe you meet the criteria.  

Fund Managers

General Partners building U.S.-focused private funds with a strong impact thesis and compelling economic opportunity are invited to get in touch. Please refer back to our Fund Investment Criteria and submit additional information if you believe you meet the criteria. 

Impact Ecosystem
