Regina Green

Regina is Managing Director of Investments with Catalyze, a national platform that provides Capital Entrepreneurs with resources and capital to build enduring firms. She leads investment sourcing & diligence for GP Runway Fund and develops catalytic capital solutions that expand the pipeline of investment firms increasing the flow of capital to overlooked businesses. 
 
Prior to joining Catalyze, she led Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ $1 billion initiative to increase access to capital for underrepresented founders and fund managers, where she focused on sourcing investments, providing support for emerging entrepreneurs and managers, and building an ecosystem of like-minded investors and partners. Earlier in her career, she held roles in Goldman’s Global Markets Division and Conflicts Resolution Group, where she covered Consumer Retail, Technology, and Financial companies. 
 
Regina serves as an investment committee member for Gratitude Railroad’s Inclusive Capital Fund, a board member of HBCUvc, and consultant for mission-aligned allocators. She earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from New York University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
